VMware WorkStation (Use Multiple Operating System)

Hello friends today i am gonna show you how to use VMware virtual machineVMware Workstation is most powerful and useful software for Hardware and Networking peoples who doing work online and have to solve problems far away from them.

These are the steps for installation and Settings

What is VMware WorkStation ?

VMware Workstation is the most advanced virtualization software for desktop and laptop computers.It is fully optimized with all operating systems, you can run multiple Operating system in single machine at a same time by using VMware WorkStation .  The VMware Workstation 10 release further strengthens the product’s leadership in providing the broadest, deepest OS support (including Windows 8.1), best-in-class virtual machine architecture, the richest desktop user experience and an unmatched set of value-added features to enhance the productivity of technical professionals and the organizations they serve.

How does VMware Workstation work?

VMware is Virtual machine where you can install and run multiple Operating System at a same machine without use any extra hardware you already have.

Step 1: Download the VMware software

You can download the VMware installer from the Download Center on the VMware website.

Step 2: Run Software

After Setup installing completed you have to Select New Virtual Machine and then choose Typical.

• Physical disc – Insert the installation disc for the operating system you want to install and then select the drive in VMware.
• ISO image – Browse to the location of the ISO file on your computer.
• Install operating system later. This will create a blank virtual disk. You will need to manually install the operating system later.

Step 3: Name your virtual machine 

Give proper name that you are installing Operating System

Step 4: Set the disk size.

You can allocate any amount of free space on your computer to the virtual machine . Make sure to set enough to install any programs that you want to run in the virtual machine.

Step 5: Customize your virtual machine

You can set the virtual machine to specific hardware by clicking the “Customize Hardware” button. This can be useful if you are trying to run an older program that only supports certain hardware. Setting this is optional.

Step 6: Set the virtual machine to start

Check the box labeled “Power on this virtual machine after creation” if you want the virtual machine to start up as soon as you finish making it. If you don’t check this box, you can select your virtual machine from the list in VMware and click the Power On button.

Step 7:  After installation to complete

Once you’ve powered on the virtual machine for the first time, the operating system will begin to install automatically. If you provided all of the correct information during the setup of the virtual machine, then you should not have to do anything.

• If you didn’t enter your product key or create a username during the virtual machine setup, you will most likely be prompted during the installation of the operating system.
• After installation you can setting up as you wants to do in your Virtual machine.
• Now you can install multiple operating system at same machine without  buying different computer components.

Now enjoy multiple Operationg System without paying any extra for different computer hardware
